About HelpIQ
IT help for small businesses that don't have an IT person.
Why HelpIQ exists
Most small businesses can't afford a full-time IT person. So when the printer goes offline or the Wi-Fi keeps dropping, the owner is the one who has to deal with it. They search online for an hour, call around looking for someone who can come out, or pay a company to fix something that turns out to be a five-minute job.
I watched a lot of business owners go through this. They didn't need a whole IT department. They needed someone to tell them, clearly, what to do next. That's what HelpIQ is for.

What HelpIQ does
You describe the problem the way you'd explain it to a friend, and HelpIQ walks you through the fix step by step. It covers the everyday problems that slow a small office down: printers, Wi-Fi and network issues, email that won't sync, slow computers, Windows updates, shared drives, and video-call cameras.
If HelpIQ can't solve something, it says so, and gives you a summary of everything you've already tried. You can hand that to a technician so they don't have to start from scratch.
What HelpIQ isn't
HelpIQ is not a chatbot you put on your website for your customers. It's a tool for you, the business owner, to fix your own tech.
